Portrait Photography
I am available for hire, so please feel free to contact me.
Elise N @ Future Image Studios - This time I wanted to get a closer shot of Elise using the light in the background as an element in the image.
Naomi @ Future Image Studios - Taken at my first studio event and first time with a model. The event was a portfolio builder session where each photographer was given five minutes with the model. Going down to the event I didn't know what to expect though I had a lot fun doing so and learnt a lot.
Elise N @ Future Image Studios - I had the chance to do a photo shoot yesterday night. This was my second time doing any sort of studio time but it was a lot of fun and truly enjoyed myself. These are the first to images from that session going for a lowkey dramatic feel
Thoughtful - I had the chance to get out this morning for a bit of a photography session. I started off in the City Centre with a little street photography, where I spotted this guy on this bench deep in thought looking at his phone.

Concentration - I was asked to come along and photograph the first year celebration for the Silent Book, Plymouth (UK) chapter. I don’t really photograph events like this, being more of a landscape photographer but when I do I really enjoy capturing the “moment”. I prefer the subjects to be natural and not notice the camera in front of them. This way I find I get more “interesting” and unstaged / awkward shots of people. Emma, here was colouring in some image that the organisers had placed on tables, there was a competition at the end of the afternoon for the best image. I really liked the concentration in her face.
On a Break! Celebrating Pirate Weekend on the Plymouth Barbican this weekend so I took a wonder to grab some photo’s. This was the last image I took, it just kind of popped out.
The Mask! - I was out with some friends and was taking pictures of a lot of random things when my friend asked me to take her picture. I opted for a simple head shot as I am not experienced in portrait photography and even so I was quite impressed with the resualts.
